Franklin Blue and Gray Days: November 12-14

Experience Civil War history like never before! Blue and Gray Days, which is presented by Tennessee Commerce Bank, and sponsored by the Tennessee Arts Commision, will take place at both The Carter House and Carnton Plantation where you can talk with re-enactors, shop period vendors, hear slave spirituals, and visit with Abraham Lincoln!  Monday November 14 will be reserved for school children on field trips from 9am-1pm. Join us on Saturday, November 12 from 9am-5pm and on Sunday, November 13 from 10am-5pm for house tours and to walk the grounds to experience Civil War soldier life. Cost is $5 per person for grounds only admission or grounds access is included for those who take a house tour.
