Living Civil War sons add dust to grave of fallen unknown Civil War soldier

One of the more poignant moments Saturday was when the true living sons – Harold Becker (Union) and James Brown Sr., (CSA) – poured in dirt-dust into the grave of the unknown Franklin Civil War soldier.

Becker poured in dust from Indiana; his father fought for the 128th Indiana at Franklin. Brown poured in dust from Georgia; his father fought with the 8th Georgia Infantry at Bull Run and Gettysburg.
